That is terrible, something must have happened, if not, a dog like that must not be in a public place.
Unless the owner does not even know their dog.

Not good news at all, especially when the gold coast council is trying to ban the AMSTAFF. I can't comment on the story because the media hasn't given much info on the story... I feel sorry for the poor kid who has to live with the scars and is probably now affraid of dogs / the particular breed.
