What drive is this dog showing?

Hey guys looking at some dog training videos and came across this one i am not experianced in dog behaviour and would like to know what drive this dog is showing or working in? Looks like a very serious dog to me that would bite for real.

    JMO,

i see suspicion and uncertainty in the dog, confusion, from tail up and wagging, ears forward (prey) to push me (defensive) and i will be forced to "dirty" bite and run...I wonder if the handler knows what he wants, and why the dogs on a check chain yet possibly they want to see if the dog will go forward ,the people come up then back off but the dog doesn't appear confident to follow up...

I am no expert in this area but I see

    1) dog worked on correction type collar where for agitation work they are notmally on flat collar (so every time the dog comes forward it is getting a correction)
    2) we can't see what 'decoy' is doing very well so can't tell if dog is acting appropriately or is overreacting. From what little I can see it seems to be more defence with stalking and staring at the dog, but there doesn't seem to be that much threat and the dog is reacting

Good pickup on the prong collar, and I tend to agree with most everything else.

I would also add these are the types of twits law makers look at when drafting laws which effect most of us

I think the handler is an absolute dickhead, the dog clearly has no idea what he is supposed to be doing. He looks completely confused in the first part of the video correcting himself on the prong and looking back to the handler in submission with no direction. The decoy is either a threat or he is not and for the sake of the dog, the handler IMHO should either correct the dog and and make him sit and behave, or agitate the dog into defence and praise the dog for lighting up but not on a prong collar. This half arse handling which is neither one thing or the other if the dog has genetic ability is a good way to ruin him and cause an insecurity in the dog.

    Cheers
    Nev

Initially the dog looks playful (bow barking, tail going ) but he gives reward once then after the poor thing is a bundle of confusion imo. The dog is self correcting to make matters worse...had to come back and see it,as didn't load the first time properly.Handler is a Tool...
