Thread: question on the diff E coller uses and advantages

i see more people use e collars now as well as iam thinking of trying one for my self but first i want to learn more about it

i have found out there are 3 methods of use (i hope i explain these terms right)

1- for corrections only

2- low stim use as in the feeling goes away if the dog does its given task (clean up of task)

3- as a marker on low stim like a clicker

there might be other i just havnt come across them yet

what are the advantages and disadvanteges of each
