There have been some older posts on this forum about bad customer service and long delays with board members ordering equipment from ProK9Supplies.com
Just a quick update, in that there service has not improved. I placed an order withthem early this year and eventually received half of it about 10 weeks later (it wasn;t until I started whinging about were it was they told me the items were out of stock when I ordered them and they had to be ordered in from Germany) and now after 5 months I am still waiting on the rest of my order. E-mail's go unanswered and weak excuses are given when you call to find out what it going on.
In stark contrast I have ordered from Dogquip.com.au and received speedy replies and my order in 3 days!

+ 1 for dogquipt there gear if of top quality !! i have a tugger about 3 yrs old still going stong!! im just about to grab somemore gear!!
Never tried prok9 because of the negitive feedback!!
I tried prok9 and received goods within a week - not bad service in my book.
