I am really eager to get Frabo stuff, I put an order through in January, got an email that they wanted me to fax my credit card to them with my drivers licence, which i did. after a month of waiting i emailed and asked what was happening with my order, got told "oops, will do it tomorrow" then 10 days later they tell me my credit card was expired (i am assuming they transposed the expiry date) so i emailed them to let them know the bank said there was no problem with my credit card.
3 emails later and still no reply.

anyone else have problems ordering from them? it's not hard to have an online processing facility or paypal system like alot of other companies.

do they have any re-sellers that i might go through instead that are reliable?

No idea if there are any resellers but after receiving a poor level of customer service like that I would be looking at other manufacturers.

never ever fax your credit card and ID to anyone!
