I agree with the others, lots of handling, and to let babies be babies.Me personally i would wait till at least 6 wks before i began to note differences, and i don't mean look for who is who in the litter now, meaning watch who is "the quiet " who is the "cheeky" who does it because they follow the pack etc, you will see the "roles" change in their dynamics as they grow into themselves and that is of course me assuming they have personality to a degree now......So no pup is attached to your pant leg yet? lol

Also another question. And I promise/swear Im not having a dig at anyone. It is a genuine question.
From what I read the WL people that their whole litters are "awesome". That every pup is very good. So what are you selecting? Those with stronger nerves, those with more drive, those that are overall a great dog but might not be the best on one area? Are you choosing for yourself and for what YOU want most? I imagine yo are keeping a pupp from the litter. What about if you are not keeping one? (or that doesnt happen?

With such "Awesomeness" i guess they flip a coin, maybe a blindfold, because to have perfection across an entire litter, it wouldn't matter which was picked, cannot pick super from Great from spectacular!...A serious question can be answered here when people tell the truth, not every puppy from a litter is the best for everything......Hmm on that note, the conformation addicts, have mother nature to help decide for them and cannot hide a physical breed fault (at a young age).......

    They all are!!! LOL
3 days of saying "pup pup pup" when I put the food down and now Im being attacked LOL

True, but if you assume that there are no FAULTS then it becomes very difficult to choose between a slightly better neck to shoulder flow or a slightly better head, or a slightly darker markings or eyes.
And then you might get that perfect puppy to keep and it develops level bite when it grows adult teeth.... bummer.

Indeed, and that is where personal choice comes into play......and where conformation enthusiasts have gone to far with preference in regard to wider muzzle, shorter neck, lack of stop in my breed and others, croup too sloping or too short etc....It is extremes of Aesthetics that f*ck up a ORIGINAL Balanced dog breed IMO......

and where does that perfect pup go when it falls short? Kicked to the curb in a "pet" home ....and then another litter needs bred...

To true Amy. In my breed often a "flashy" dog wins, something with a lare forechest, and lots of rear. If its full of itself in the ring thats even better.

And where I appreciate a flashy dog, I sometimes wonder what will be to flash over that?
