Hey craig , you have the same floor plan as me .
But I will allow my dogs to bite someone for stealing my lawn mower, for even stepping on my property, uninvited.

2 dogs in the front yard
2 dogs in the back yard
    1 dog in my room
    1 dog in the hallway
    1 dog in the kitchen
1 dog in my daughters room

I just dont have enough dogs

Dont forget the toilet........ we can organise more dogs for you hahahahah
thats terrible, nothing like something bad happening close to home to stress you out....
maybe you should move to Melbourne lol

Re: Do you allow your working dogs inside?

I have my personal protection bitch who always is with me.. be it inside. sleeps in my room with me and where ever I go she comes with me. Naturally there are times that she wont be able to come with me eg a wedding or some kind of non doggy party lol. But regardless she's always around me one way or another.

Due to her also being in training as a medical assistance bitch I don’t crate her or put her in a kennel, not to say that she wont go into either.. she will but with her training and nature she works for me better being by my side. She still gets full run of the yard and has her pool out there.. also when she's outside most of the time I’m out there too. I guess this makes her a full time indoor dog minus the loo runs and outdoor playing time.
If and when I bring a puppy into my home it will learn both indoors and outdoors life. It gets crated of a night indoors and will not be allowed on my bed until it's taught the hierarchy structure.. this is my method (and preferably way) of doing things. Only because I like the bond i have with my dogs and i also prefer them to have this freedom. Could be why I don’t have many dogs with me, However my current dogs Mother and son have full use of the house (however know manners!!! and house rules) and full use of the yard also.

My life is my dogs.. and due to my bitches nature i would have it no other way. Out on her own in a yard or kennel I would be creating a monster of destruction. This is just due to the dog she is.. not all dogs work this way. however she does and living with a chronic diabetic she detects when my mother is about to have a hypo.. why keep a dog like this outside.. ?

Just my way of doing things.

    Good Question Michael

LOL @ Craig Murry's doggy house hold description.. you live the life i want to mate lol!! dogs make my home, not the building lol
