I have been spending time converting some of my hundreds of working dog DVD's and Videos to youtube, so I thought I might add some clips from time to time here.
The first one is a Male KNPV lined 9 week old pup. They arnt training him here just mucking around with him for the club members. The Dutch raise their pups quite differently to the traditional IPO upbringing.
This is the type of drive we want to see in pups.

The second is a half sister to the above male at 7 weeks of age. She has car keys in her mouth. The Dutch tend to make their pups crazy for keys as one of the exercises in the KNPV the decoy drops keys on the transport and the dog has to see them drop and pick them up and bring them to the handler.

The third one is a litter sister to the female above being tested for a potential buyer. They wanted to see how she would go in a strange place on a puppy arm.

They have super grips for ones so young.Very Interesting to see how young puppies could be, given the right mix of genes, environment.Barking already and clearly the confidence is high.
