    How many meals per day?

I thought it was time for a food topic. (again)

How many meals do you give out per day?

3 for babies. 2 Adults plus scraps and bones.

My Inspiration came from another forum,as this is a done to death topic there, thought I would share it..

I only feed once a day for the adults, but in saying that they have constant access to the dry food which they do pick at all the time.
The pup I have at the moment gets 2 feeds a day, I dont worry about 3, I think 2 is fine, and again constant access to dry food.

Adults - morning and night. (sometimes just at night - depends on what they are getting)

Pups up to 6 months are fed 3 times a day

After 6 mths - morning and night.

I don't feed dry food - all raw diet, Barf and bones. Pups are also on goats milk.

I'm with Ena ...Adults get fed morning and night.

    Pups get fed 3 - 4 times a day.

We never leave food out if they dont eat straight away they loose it.

Adults get fed morning, lunch and dinner (but sometimes they will not eat all their lunch). If they eat everything I will give tham couple of treets in between. And then desert.

    Desert

Didn't want to owe up to deserts - but they don't get it often.

If they are off food for what ever reason a lactation diet of goats milk, egg, cottage cheese and yogurt soon temps them again. They all love it.

Anyone going to admit to their dogs being a little on the heavy side? Mine aren't the only ones are they?

I have been told to love mine a "little" less but I do like that "little"bit more on them - hey Amy.
