Nev, what rules are you referring to? I will presume it is the ANKC. If so then they only apply to getting a piece of paper with your dogs name on it. There is no legal tie between the ANKC and purebred dogs. There for these rules only apply for those of us that want that piece of paper.

The ANKC rules apply to people who want the piece of paper and the breeders who want to remain eligible to supply it, correct, but could easily be made law across the board on a similar criteria is what I am thinking.

I understand Nev. I am always wary of the ANKC and it's ability to be inconsistent in every aspect of upholding their own terms and conditions, that all. We should never forget that they are just a dog club.
