A while ago I emailed, posted , rang and sent carrier pigion to the minister for the DPI in Victoria about many concerns shown on this forum. I thought that my correspondence would have fallen to the way side , how ever I am please to say that Yesterday I have recived a writen letter from the department addressing many concerns raised on the forum, kindly writen by Dr Hugh Miller
Over the weekend I will re-type it into an article and place on the site. Reading it though I can say that there dose seem to be an air of commen sense taken by the department and that responsible owners are not the target.
Sorry to leave it there but I will have it up shortly, been a bit busy latley. Actuly if anyone (that can spell) wants to do the retyping let me know, probably would be up sooner.
