does any one know and if they will effect us
and since some of it has to do with the ladythat got mauled the other day i think its a bit of over reaction

No nath , it does not effect us , they are mainly going on about dangerous dogs at large , and banned breeds, from what i read about it a couple of days ago .

One story reads as, they want to "ban" cross breeds lol... maybe ban some of the dickheads who own dogs instead. A Licensing system would be a reasonable idea, but not from the RSPCA or similar groups.
No actually guys, it DOES affect you and your dogs big time!
I posted somewhere else also, but this is what Layers for Animals submitted to Parlament in regards to these new changes; The bottom line is, if your dog is out, and it has never done anything wrong, it is not declared dangerous, nd it never had any intention of doing anything wrong, it can still be destroyed by the council without you even being notified about it.
