how important are actual titles to you??
People say a good dog is a good dog and i agree.However Titled dogs are generally looked upon as better because they are proven on the day. If a super dog never titled in it's lifetime, doesn't mean it was no good means the handler didn't enter trials etc....
For breedings people look for SCH/IPO titles, if they are not there, then for some, that is a no go, imagine all those great dogs missing out on a mating! Many of these titled dogs are trained to perform and pass high, but i dare say many wouldn't on another field etc....
