    Czech shepherd breeders

    Hi everyone,

I am looking for a working line Czech Shepherd female puppy, dark sable would be good. I'm after a large boned bitch so fairly large in size although more importantly is a dog with very strong nerves, must be sharp and have excellent drive.
I have been doing my homework for the last couple of months and am in contact with a couple of breeders both here in South Australia as well as interstate. Just wondering if anyone here knows of or can recommend any breeders currently or soon to be breeding any czech shepherds with good working bloodlines as at the moment I am seeing what my options are before I commit to buy anything.

    cheers

Hi there is only a few czech breeders in Australia, i would be looking at contacting Yultzen kennels, Izilop Kennels, and also Shutzshep kennels who have some very nice Czech bloodlines i am sure these breeders could assist you. Good luck in your endevour to find a Czech shepherd.

    Hi Jason,
Good to see I'm looking along the right lines as I am in close contact with Izilop Kennels at the moment as well as Brooksvale Kennels here in SA, and have also spoken to Ken at Yultzen Kennels and also Maurice from Schutzshep Kennels. Thanks for the quick reply. Also if anyone else has any recommendations, that would be great.

I don't think you can work off general lines Nfi to assume because a dog is Czech, West German, or DDR will necessarily make it a particular type of character you are looking for. There are good and bad in all lines and depends ultimately on the individual litter.

Warkos certainly sounded like an awesome dog, anyone here got any of his progeny for interests sake?
