Yes they always have bruises but they say it is better for the dog.
At one trail the decoy took his suit of and was bruised on both arms and chest. tough guys.

the dog reminds me of a video that euro joe showed at his seminar of his 8 to 10 week old pup doing leg work for ring and mwd training
its amazing what they can do with the right training and envroment
