I know most in here don't take agility all that seriously, so thought I'd post a video from Susan Garrett, probably the most internationally famous agility trainer at the moment. She has amazing independent obstacle performances on her dogs (she can go in a different direction and the dog still finishes the obstacle perfectly). And her dogs are FAST!
